Whether this is your first purchase or your next home, Bradley takes time to understand your budget, plans and questions. We compare suitable options from our lender panel and explain the reasons behind a recommendation.
- Set priorities: Tell us what matters: repayment certainty, extra repayments, accessible savings or keeping fees low.
- Compare total costs: Consider interest, fees, loan term and features together. A lower monthly payment can reflect a longer term and a higher lifetime cost.
- Understand trade-offs: We explain fixed and variable options, offset accounts and redraw, including relevant restrictions.
How we can help
- Discuss your plans and agree on a realistic preparation checklist.
- Review suitable loan comparisons and ask questions about costs and conditions.
- Choose whether to proceed, then receive application and settlement support.
Build a purchase budget, not just a deposit
Allow for conveyancing, inspections, transfer duty where payable, registration and lender fees, moving and insurance. Keep a separate buffer for repairs and unexpected expenses. Ask us to show the estimated cash needed at each stage, including the contract deposit and settlement.
First-home buyers can use our current guide to government assistance to distinguish a grant, duty concession, loan guarantee and shared equity arrangement.
Make the comparison meaningful
A comparison rate combines interest with most loan fees in one percentage. Check its stated loan amount and term, then request a comparison for your actual borrowing and intended features. It is a starting point, not a complete measure of suitability.
Our panel does not include every lender or loan in the market. Read about questions to ask about lender access, remuneration and the reasons for a recommendation.
Common questions
Do you compare every loan in Australia?
We compare options from our lender panel. Ask which lenders are being considered and why the recommended options suit your requirements.
Should I choose the lowest advertised rate?
It is one part of the comparison. Fees, loan features, eligibility and your intended term also affect whether a loan is suitable.
